Tracking FAQ
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number — typically within 1–3 business days of placing your order. Allow 24–48 hours after that for tracking data to become active on the carrier's site.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong?
This is normal, especially for international shipments. Packages can spend several days in transit or customs without status updates. If there's been no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can update your address only if the order has not yet entered processing. Contact us immediately at contact@plusultrasllc.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.
What do I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
First check with neighbors, building management, or any safe drop-off spots around your property. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact our support team and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
