All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including limiting quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. using SSL encryption. You represent that your payment information is true, correct, and complete, and that charges will be honoured by your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Plus Ultra Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Contact contact@plusultrasllc.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt.

Non-returnable items include: items returned after 14 days, used or damaged items, items without original packaging, and digital products.

The Site and its content are owned by Plus Ultra Limited and protected by international intellectual property laws. The PLUSULTRA® name and logo are trademarks of Plus Ultra Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
