1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification once dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders as shown at checkout. The threshold and qualifying regions may change periodically. Free shipping uses standard postal service and may take longer than expedited options.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after shipping confirmation for tracking to become active on the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by customs in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. Certain countries may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions or legal regulations. Some products (e.g., items with lithium batteries) may have additional shipping restrictions noted on their product pages.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking information first. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Check any safe spots where the carrier may have left the package
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
If still unresolved after 5 business days past the expected date, contact us at contact@plusultrasllc.com and we will open a carrier investigation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at contact@plusultrasllc.com — we can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed.
