Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use, installation, or modification
- Items with damaged, removed, or missing original packaging
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards or store credits
- Digital or downloadable products
3. How to Return
- Contact us at contact@plusultrasllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status within 3–5 business days.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- 3–5 business days for us to process once the return is received
- 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different variant or replacement, contact contact@plusultrasllc.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Plus Ultra Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your card company, as posting may take time. If you still haven't received it after 10 business days, contact us at contact@plusultrasllc.com.
